Hi Everyone! I would like to extend a warm welcome to all La Trobe GK members and especially to NEW members who have just received an invitation to join Golden Key. La Trobe Golden Key is an active chapter and recently was awarded the highest "Gold" award at the Asia Pacific Conference held in Melbourne February 2nd-4th 2012. I would like to extend my sincere thanks and gratitude to all who have helped on the committee regarding this achievement. To prospective and new members I offer you the opportunity to become involved with the chapter at La Trobe and gain valuable leadership skills as well as becoming involved with a friendly group which also increases your social and professional network. Our next event after is the New Members Reception, an invitation only event for our NEW Members on 18 April 2012, 6pm (Register from 5pm). Food and drinks are provided. This is held at the WLT Lecture Theatre complex Bundoora (Melbourne) campus (Car Park 1). On the 26 April 2012 from 4pm - 7pm (dinner provided) there is a career panel for International students, alumni and Golden Key members to discuss and share experiences and ideas regarding gaining employment. Executive Committee Meetings are held at La trobe University, Bundoora (Melbourne) Campus in the Union Building in Function Room 2 or the Board Room (Both on ground floor level) at 5.30pm to 7pm generally on the last Monday of the month.
